1-Palmitoyl-3-Linolenoyl-rac-glycerol (16:0/0:0/18:3-DG) is a diacylglycerol containing palmitic acid (HY-N0830) and alpha-linolenic acid (HY-N0728) at the sn-1 and sn-3 positions, respectively. It has been found in the peel and pulp of unripe Dwarf Cavendish bananas.
