This product is a concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with molecular biology grade water or equivalent to its final working concentration. This buffer consists of 1.0 M HEPES at a pH of 7.2 and was prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in DEPC treated pharmaceutical grade deionized water.
