Scientific Description
Cre Recombinase is a Type I topoisomerase from bacteriophage P1 that catalyzes the site-specific recombination of DNA between loxP sites. This adenovirus expresses both Cre recombinase and Luciferase. Cre & Luciferase are driven by its own CMV promoter.
