Specific for human and mouse AKT phosphorylated at Thr308. Expected to cross-react with phosphorylated AKT (Thr308) from most vertebrate sources based on 100% sequence homology with the immunizing peptide.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:20000. Shows minimal reactivity against non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide. Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000. Immunohistochemistry: 20 ug/ml. Use formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections; no pre-treatment of sample required..
