Lane 1: Hela cell lysates; Lane 2: HepG2 cell lysates probed with phospho-AKT1 + AKT2 + AKT3 (Thr308+Thr309+Thr305) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-5182R) at 1:300 dilution and 4˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37˚C. The upper band could be the fully glycosylated form of the target protein.
