Recognizes the fibrinogen-like domain (FLD) of human ANGPTL4. Detects a band of ~62kDa and ~35kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with other ANGPTL family proteins.

ELISA - Direct or indirect: 1:2000-1:5000. Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin sections (1:100-1:1000. Western blot - 1:2000-1:5000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST with 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature..
