- Application Supplier NoteAn in vitro T cell killing assay was performed using this antibody (US20200407440). Immunofluorescence was performed on KM-H2 cells using this antibody (Ho et al, 2013; pmid:23204227). Flow cytometry was performed with this antibody on cell lines: KM-H2, L-428, L-1236 KM-H2-control, KM-H2-CD137 and stable cell lines expressing CD137 or CD137L (Ho et al, 2013; pmid:23204227). Immunoprecipitation was performed with this antibody on the cell lines: KM-H2, L-428, L-1236 KM-H2-control, KM-H2-CD137 and stable cell lines expressing CD137 or CD137L (Ho et al, 2013; pmid:23204227). This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on human tissue from lung, liver, colon, soft tissue, thyroid gland, stomach, parathyroid gland, and spleen, parotid gland, heart, aorta, kidney, and lymph node (Broll et al, 2001; pmid:11293902). Human lymph node was used for immunohistochemistry using this antibody (Pauly et al, 2002; pmid:12101260). Flow cytometry was performed on cell line FDC-H1, Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells and B lymphocytes using this antibody (Pauly et al, 2002; pmid:12101260). This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on human tissue (Drenkard et al, 2007; pmid:17167064). Blocking of the CD137-fc protein was tested in MoDC cells using this antibody (Lippert et al, 2008; pmid:18395851).
