    5C6 antibody was raised using a novel technique: mononuclear cells were taken from the human subjects with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis and then screened for IgE secretion. Subsequently, they were used to generate hybridomas of which some were secreting anti-Asp f 9 IgE.
