Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-B7-H4 [6H3]
- Delivery Days Customer7
- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody is specific for the IgC region of human B7-H4.
- Application Supplier NoteHumanized variants of this antibody 6H3V6 and 6H3V7 are available on request. This antibody is able to neutralize the effect of an B7-H4 blocking antibody (US9574000). Flow cytometry was performed on HEK293 cells that expressed full length human B7-H4 using this antibody (US9574000). This antibody induces robust internalization of B7-H4 expressed on the surface of both the B7-H4 transfected cell line and the B7-H4 positive breast cancer cell line SK-BR-3 (US9574000). Immunohistochemistry was performed on human tissue using this antibody (US9574000). An internalization assay was performed using this antibody on EG7 (B7-H4 negative cells), EG7.IG7 (B7-H4 low expressing cells), and EG7.IVB3 (B7-H4 high expressing cells) (US9574000). Antibody-Dependent Cell-Mediated Cytotoxicity assay was performed on EG7.hB7-H4 (clone IVB3) cells and SK-BR-3 cells using this antibody (US9574000). An ELISA was performed on B7-H4ECD his-tagged protein using this antibody (US9574000).
