  • Antibody Specificity
FR4D11 antibody recognizes CD10. It is a cell surface enzyme with neutral metalloendopeptidase activity, which inactivates a variety of biologically active peptides. CD10 is expressed on the cells of lymphoblastic, Burkitts, and follicular germinal center
  • Application Supplier Note
FR4D11 antibody can be used to identify and analyse neprilysin (CD10) via various techniques. For instance, it was utilized in the localization of neprilysin in human cerebral cortex via immunohistochemistry (Akiyama et al., 2001). This antibody was also used during a FACS analysis and phenotype characterization of Breast Cancer Stem Cells (BrCSCs) (Petrelli et al., 2015).
