This binding specificity of this antibody for human CD20 was checked using ELISA. This antibody positively binds human CD20-BSA in an ELISA. The affinity constant of the original IgG2b antibody was determined to be 3.07 x 10^10 M^(-1). This antibody can recognize human CD20 in an immunoblot assay. This antibody is similar to commercially available anti-CD20 antibody L26 in immunohistochemical staining of B cell lymphomas. This antibody was used in the immunohistochemical staining of B cell lymphomas, T cell lymphomas, tonsil tissue and appendectonic tissues (CN111363043).
