  • Antibody Specificity
    This antibody binds human CD24.
  • Application Supplier Note
This antibody showed specific binding affinity to recombinant human CD24 but not to unrelated recombinant Fc in a western blot. The binding specifity of G7 towards CD24 was also confirmed with competitive ELISA. Flow cytometric assay was carried out to assess the affinities of G7 to native CD24 expressed on Huh7 and HT29 cells with HCT116 cells as control. G7mAb demonstrated significant binding to both Huh7 and HT29 cells with rates 52.9% and 41.3% respectively. This antibody was also used in immunohistochemical staining of tumor samples from Huh7 xenograft nude mice (PMID: 26255089).
