Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-CD27 [LG.3A10]
- Delivery Days Customer7
- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody is specific for mouse CD27, which, as in the human system, is largely restricted to cells of the T cell lineage, and is expressed on the great majority of both alphabeta and gammadelta T lymphocytes, and thymocytes.
- Application Supplier NoteThis antibody is specific for murine CD27, and has been used to assess the distribution of CD27 expression using IF, FC and IP analysis (Gravstein, 1995). Upon cross-linking, this antibody has been shown to induce a 4-fold increase in T cell proliferation in response to suboptimal stimulation with concanavalin A (Gravestein, 1995), indicating that this antibody is able to mimic ligand binding.
