The effect of this antibody on the PFC response was measured by treating spleen cells from PC-FGG-primed BALB/c mice with this antibody (Dialynas et al, 1983; pmid:6415170). Immunofluorescence was preformed preformed on spleen cells from PC-FGG-primed BALB/c mice with this antibody (Dialynas et al, 1983; pmid:6415170).
