YKIX 337.8.7 specifically binds to CD44. CD44 has high affinity for hyaluronic acid (HA) and can mediate cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions through its affinity for HA (and possibly also osteopontin, collagens, and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs)). A

YKIX 337.8.7 antibody can be used for IHC-Fr; YKIX 337.8.7 to distinguish CD4+ T-cell subsets. This antibody can additionally be used for FACS and IP.
