  • Scientific Description
    The CD7 molecule is a member of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily and is expressed in early development of lymphocytes and bone marrow, as well as in mature human T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. CD7, like CD28, contains a motif in its cytoplasmic domain that binds to the p85 subunit (PI3K) of Phosphorylatedinositide 3-kinase when Phosphorylatedrylated.
