  • Antibody Specificity
This antibody is specific for clathrin heavy chain 1. Clathrin is the major protein of the polyhedral coat of coated pits and vesicles. Two different adapter protein complexes link the clathrin lattice either to the plasma membrane or to the trans-Golgi n
  • Application Supplier Note
The mouse version of this antibody was tested by immunohistochemistry on IGROV1 cells to assess its binding to IGROV1 (WO2016118090). Flow cytometry was preformed on subpopulations of IGROV1 dectected by the mouse version of this antibody (WO2016118090). Additionally, to determine the specificity of the mouse version of this antibody, flow cytometry was preformed on ovarian cancer stem cells (WO2016118090). Finally, protein extracts from IGROV1 membranes were successfully immunoprecipitated using the mouse version of this clone (WO2016118090).
