The initial binding characterization of this antibody was done using ELISA. The affinity constant of the original IgG1 antibody is reported to be 1.92 x 10^(9) M^(-1). This antibody was used in the immunohistochemical analysis of small intestine and lung carcinoma. The immunohistochemical staining of this antibody is similar to another commercially available antibody called 5D3 (CN113735971).
