This antibody can recognize human cytokeratin 8 in an ELISA. The affinity constant for the original IgG3 antibody was calculated to be 9.6 x 10^(8) M^(-1). This antibody was used in the immunohistochemical analysis of breast cancer, liver bile duct epithelial cells and adenocarcinoma tissues (CN112940118).
