This antibody is specific for the DSL domain of Dll4.

This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on spheroids and monolayers cells (US7906116). ELISA was performed with this antibody on Dll4 truncation mutants (US7906116). This antibody is able to block the Dll4-Notch1 interaction (US7906116).
