U87MG and HT29 cells were immune-stained with this antibody (Zhou et al, 2015; pmid:26288060). This antibody is used for immunohistochemistry on U87MG and HT29 (Zhou et al, 2015; pmid:26288060). The 64Cu-chelator DOTA conjugated version of this antibody was used for the positron-emission tomography (PET) imaging of human glioblastoma and colorectal cancer xenografts (Zhou et al, 2015; pmid:26288060). This antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on spheroids and monolayers cells (US7906116). ELISA was performed with this antibody on Dll4 truncation mutants (US7906116). This antibody is able to block the Dll4-Notch1 interaction (US7906116).
