This antibody is capable of binding antibody-drug conjugates ADC-8201 and ADC029 in a competitive ELISA, wherein the antibody was trastuzumab. The binding affinity of this antibody towards Dxd-BSA was determined using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and it was reported to be Kd= 3.38nM (CN115677857).
