Anti-E-protein DIII (ABDE) [ZV-2]

ZV-2 binds to the Zika virus envelope protein at domain III (DIII, ABDE sheet). No cross-reactivity with other tested flaviviruses has been reported.

The original mouse IgG2c format has been used to label ZIKV infected cells (4% PFA fixation, 0.1% saponin permeabilization). It was not found to have neutralizing activity.
