The antibody recognized the FGFR1-GFP construct in immunofluorescence analysis on HeLa cells. The binding affinity of the original format of the antibody to FGFR1 was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 9.3 nM). The antibody was successfully employed in a sandwich ELISA (Monega et al., 2009; PMID: 19196718).
