Clone 442 was shown to bind purified KpsF by ELISA (Yuan et al, 2015).

Clone 442 was tested for Liberibacter asiaticus recognition as a phage-expressing scFv using blotting (Yuan et al, 2015). This format was also tested against specific recognition of the antigen KpsF using ELISA.
