The binding of this antibodys original format (human IgG1) to GP38 was evaluated using ELISA. It had an association constant (Ka) of 3.9 x 105 M-1s-1 as measured by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) (Durie et al., 2022; PMID: 36435827).
