RIA: radioligand binding assays were performed to asses binding affinity of the anti-haloperidol D antibody (Kd=4.4 nM). This antibody possesses a binding site which is highly sensitive to the electron-withdrawing characteristics of the substituents on ring 2 (Sherman et al., 1986).
