- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody specifically recognizes canine ICOS, which enhances all basic T-cell responses to a foreign antigen, namely proliferation, secretion of lymphokines, up-regulation of molecules that mediate cell-cell interaction, and effective help for antibo
- Application Supplier Note3F12 can be used to identify canine ICOS and analyse its activity. The antibody is an antagonist of ICOS and exhibits the ability to significantly suppress mixed leukocyte reactions (MLR) (Sato et al., 2013; pmid: 23694952). Anti-ICOS antibody was also shown to be an effective agent that can be used in the treatment development of Canine Chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease (GVHD) (Graves et al., 2017; pmid: 28958896).
