This antibody can bind human IDO1 in an ELISA. The original mouse IgG1 antibody binds human IDO1 with an affinity constant of 7.68 X 10^(9) M^(-1). This antibody can be used for the immunohistochemical analysis of various normal and cancerous human tissues like lymph node cells and Hodgkins lymphoma tissues. The immunohistochemical staining pattern of this antibody is similar to another anti-IDO1 antibody EPR20374 (CN113045667).
