This antibody is a humanized affinity matured version of original mouse antibody H02-8F11. The binding characterization of this antibody for human IL-33 was done using ELISA. This antibody can effectively block the binding of human IL33 protein to its receptor ST2 in vitro. This antibody also inhibited IL-33 induced secretion of IL-5 by Ku812 cells (CN112979802). The binding affinity of the IgG1 version antibody for human, mouse and cynomolgus monkey IL-33 was reported to be Kd= 0.47 nM, 0.15 nM and 0.3 nM respectively (CN113234157).
