- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody is specific for the Slick antigen in both mice and rats. This antigen is a channel that can produce an outward rectifier K+ current.
- Application Supplier NoteThis antibody was used for immunopercipitation on mouse synaptic plasma membranes (Rizzi et al., 2015; PMID: 29124216) (Rizzi et al, 2016; PMID:26587966). The antibody has also been shown to be useful in western blot (Rizzi et al., 2015; PMID: 29124216) (Rizzi et al., 2016; PMID: 26587966). This antibody can be used for immunofluorescense on the brain of a mouse (Rizzi et al., 2015; PMID: 29124216). Immunohistochemistry can be done on mouse brain using this antibody (Rizzi et al., 2016; PMID: 26587966) (Li et al., 2017; PMID: 28660246).
