  • Application Supplier Note
COS-1 cells were used for immunofluorescence with this antibody (Bekele-Arcuri et al, 1996; PMID:8938716). Immunohistochemistry was preformed on rat brains using this antibody (Bekele-Arcuri et al, 1996; PMID:8938716). GST fusion proteins were used for an ELISA with this antibody (Bekele-Arcuri et al, 1996; PMID:8938716). Immunofluorescence was preformed using this antibody on mouse brain cell lysates (Gazula et al, 2010; PMID:20575068). Western blots of COS cell lysates transfected with rat Kv1.6 were preformed (Gazula et al, 2010; PMID:20575068). Brain cell lysates from 6-month-old C57BL/6 mice were immunoblotted with this antibody (Willis et al, 2018; PMID:29564531). Slice cultures from postnatal day 10-11 Sprague-Dawley rats were used for immunohistochemistry with this antibody (He et al, 2012; PMID:22218089). Both tissue from mortons neuroma patients and sciatic nerve and DRG from rats was immunoblotted with this antibody (Calvo et al, 2016; PMID:27033551). immunohistochemistry was preformed on the sciatic nerve of rats using this antibody (Calvo et al, 2016; PMID:27033551).
