    The antibody is specific for human LAG-3. The antibody does not cross react with cynomolgus LAG-3.

    The antibody is a humanized version of the mouse antibody mab7c. The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (EC50=0.12 nM). The binding activity of the humanized antibody was tested using the hLAG-3 positive cell line, and the results showed that the antibody was positive for hLAG-3. The binding activity of the antibody and hLAG-3 positive cells was EC50 = 0.41 nM. The binding affinity of the antibody to hLAG-3 was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 0.52 nM). The antibody blocked the binding of MHCII and human LAG-3 with IC50 = 2.27 nM and it prevented LAG-3 and MHCII from binding to activate human T cell activity (release IL2) (EC50=1.74ug/ml) (CN110172099).
