    The antibody is specific for human LAG-3. The antibody cross-reacts with cynomolgus LAG-3.

    The humanized version of the antibody was constructed. The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The binding activity of the humanized antibody to LAG3 was EC 50= 63.3 ng/ml. The binding affinity of the humanized antibody was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 6.10^-10 M). This antibody was used for detection of LAG-3 expressed on CHO cells by flow cytometry. The antibody blocked the binding of LAG-3 antigen and MHC-II molecule (IC50= 0.152 ug/ml). The antibody could effectively activate the activity of antigen-specific T cells, EC50 of in vitro activity test results of B5D1 antibody equal to 1.25 ug/ml (CN110606892).
