The binding reactivity of the Fab version of this antibody towards human and murine mesothelin was done using ELISA. The Fab version of this antibody binds human and murine meosthelin with a binding affinity of Kd= 6.7 x 10-10 and Kd= 6.7 x 10-9 (US9023351). The IgG1 version of this antibody was used to detect mesothelin on NCI-H226 cells by flow cytometry (US9023351).
