This antibody can be used as a coating antibody in a double antibody sandwich (DAS) ELISA for detection of monkeypox virus. Biotin labelled anti-MPXV A29L antibody B8 (R3P2-B8) was used as an antibody pair for detection. The experimental results showed that the detection sensitivity of the double-antibody sandwich ELISA with this antibody pair reached 9.375pg/mL (CN116693663).
