This antibody is specific for neuraminidase.

The structure of the original version of this antibody was determined using X-ray crystallography (Gulati et al., 2002; PMID:12414967) (Venkatramani et al., 2006; PMID:16384583). This antibody was used for an ELISA on NWS-Mem/98 virus (Gulati et al., 2002; PMID:12414967), and on neuraminidase (Lee and Air., 2006; PMID:16297424). This antibody was used for an inhibition assay. The antibody was able to inhibit NA activity (Lee and Air., 2006; PMID:16297424).
