  • Antibody Specificity
This antibody is specific for NGL-3/LRRC4B. The antibody shows no cross-reactivity against NGL-1 or NGL-2. NGL-3/LRRC4B is a synaptic adhesion protein. It regulates the formation of excitatory synapses.
  • Application Supplier Note
This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of NGL-3 by immunocytochemistry, immunopercipitation and western blot. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect NGL-3 by western blot in extracts of RBM and COS cells transiently transfected with Myc-tagged NGL-1, NGL-2 NGL-3 or untagged Kv2.1 plasmid.
