The antibody is specific for NP.

The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected the recombinant NP by western blot analysis. Surface plasmon resonance assay was performed to evaluate the binding specificity and affinity between antibodies and purified NP (KD in the sub-nM range). The antibody was used together with JS16 in sandwich ELISA (detection limit below 0.78ng/mL) (Zhang et al, 2020; PMID:33281824).
