This antibody shows reactivity against omalizumab, which is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to free human immunoglobulin E (IgE) in the blood and interstitial fluid and to the membrane-bound form of IgE (mIgE) on the surface

The binding characterization of this antibody was done using ELISA. This antibody in combination with an anti-aztreonam antibody AbAb-Aztreo and anti-ampicillin antibody D51 was used in the generation of a bispecific antibody for determination of allergy against these antibiotics (PMID: 34931798).
