This antibody is specific for the first coiled-coil region of the microtubule-associated protein p150glued.

The original format of this antibody (scFv) was successfully used in a Western blot and for in vitro immunofluorescence staining of p150glued in HeLa cells (Nizak et al., 2003; PMID: 14617357).
