    This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human PD-L1/B7-H1/CD274 (rh PD-L1/B7-H1/CD274; Catalog#10084-H08H; NP_054862.1; Met1-Thr239). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
