This antibody is specific for both the REEP1 protein and the REEP2 protein. Both REEP1 and REEP2 are required for endoplasmic reticulum (ER) network formation, shaping and remodeling; it links ER tubules to the cytoskeleton.

This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of REEP1/2 by immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry and western blot.
