This antibody binds SFTSV glycoprotein N in a dose dependent manner in an ELISA. This antibody can be used to identify SFTSV Gn in a western blot. This antibody can also be used for immunofluorescence staining of SFTSV infected Vero cells. In vitro, this antibody is capable of neutralizing SFTSV-VSV pseudo-virus infected Vero cells. This antibody was also capable of neutralizing wild type virus infections for strains QD02 and WCH97 with an IC50 of 1.7microg/mL and 0.4microg/mL respectively (CN117964748).
