This antibody is capable of binding the ectodomain region in glycoprotein C of human severe fever and thrombocytopenia virus in an ELISA. The affinity of the fab version of this antibody towards ectodomain was determined to be in the range of Kd= 89nM. This antibody does not have any neutralizing activity against SFTSV (KR1020230076376).
