Overview

  • Antibody Specificity
This antibody binds human and cynomolgus monkey SIRP alpha, which is a regulatory membrane glycoprotein and an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor for CD47. This protein plays a key role in intracellular signaling during synaptogenesis and in synapt
  • Application Supplier Note
The binding reactivity of this antibody towards recombinant human SIRPalpha-his fusion protein was checked using ELISA. Flow cytometry was used to detect the binding of the antibody to SIRPalpha on the membrane of human and cynomolgus monkey SIRPalpha overexpressed cells. This antibody binds cynomolgus monkey SIRPalpha with a weaker binding affinity than human SIRPalpha. This antibody can effectively block the binding of CD47 protein to cell surface SIRPalpha (CN110734897).
