    This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human CCL17/TARC (rh CCL17/TARC; Catalog#10233-HNAB; Q92583-1; Met1-Ser94). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
