  • Antibody Specificity
The original antibody is specific for TIGIT. The antibody does not cross-react with LAG-3, PD-1 and PD-L1.
  • Application Supplier Note
The original mouse antibody was subjected to humanized modification, keeping a similar binding activity. The specificity of the original and the humanized format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (EC50= 0.09901 microg/mL and 0.07412 microg/mL respectively). The original format of antibody blocked the binding activity of TIGIT and CD155. The original format and the humanized version of the antibody could recognize the TIGIT antigen expressed by Jurkat/TIGIT cells by FACS analysis. The original format of the antibody was able to effectively block the binding of TIGIT to CD155 (CN112794909).
