Scientific Description
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat TNFR1/TNFRSF1A/CD120a (rR TNFR1/TNFRSF1A/CD120a; Catalog#80181-R08H; NP_037223.1; Met1-Ala211). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
