- Application Supplier NoteTo validate this antibody, immunohistochemistry was preformed on multi-tissue block containing human brain, mouse brain, TrkB.T1-/- mouse brain, a cell pellet over-expressing TrkB.T1 and a cell pellet without TrkB.T1 were stained using the scFv version of this antibody. Furthermore, the specificity of this antibody was proven using western blot with the mouse version of this clone. Finally, flow cytometry confirmed the specificity of the mouse version of this antibody (Patwell et al, 2020; pmid:32532995).
